a. Cancellation Before Inspection:

  • If you cancel your home inspection at least 48 hours before the scheduled inspection appointment, you are eligible for a full refund of the inspection fee.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

b. Unsatisfactory Inspection:

  • If you are not satisfied with the quality of our inspection services and can provide reasonable evidence or documentation to support your dissatisfaction, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, at our discretion.

3. Refund Procedure

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

a. Cancellation Before Inspection:

  • Notify us of your cancellation at least 48 hours before the scheduled inspection by contacting our office via phone or email.
  • Provide your name, contact information, and details of the cancellation.

b. Unsatisfactory Inspection:

  • Contact us within five (5) business days of the inspection date to express your concerns and request a refund.
  • Provide detailed information on why you are dissatisfied, including any supporting documents, photographs, or other evidence.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you of our decision within 3 business days. If your request is approved, we will process the refund within 2 business days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. Non-Refundable Services

Please note that certain services or fees may be non-refundable, such as rush inspection fees, additional services requested by the client during the inspection, or fees associated with third-party services.
